Rising Up from the Ashes: Chronicles of a Drop-Out by the Detroit Summer Live Arts Media Project is back in the EMERGENCE store. This youth-produced hip-hop audio documentary addresses the education crisis in Detroit and transformative solutions. Features original music by Invincible & Finale, Waajeed, Nick Speed, V-Tech of Lab Techs, el-Iqaa and more. Each CD includes a fold-out "12 Steps to Illumination" comic strip.

Proceeds from sales benefit the ongoing work of the the Detroit Summer Live Arts Media Project.
